If you are accepting the Graduate School's offer of admission, the following MUST be received by the dates listed below at Princeton University, Graduate Admission Office, One Clio Hall, Box 270, Princeton, NJ 08544 unless otherwise noted. Contacting the department that you have been admitted to does not hold your place at Princeton. You MUST submit the following documents to the Graduate Admission Office in order to officially accept and hold your place at Princeton.

Due April 15

  • Admission Reply Forms (3 copies) - Graduate School, Budget and Department copies

Return these forms directly to:
Princeton University Graduate Housing Department

Princeton, NJ 08544
Fax: (609) 258-5898

Princeton makes every effort to ensure that all first-year students receive University housing, but requires that they meet the April 15 housing application deadline. Therefore, it is critical that your housing application is received by April 15. Housing applications received after April 15 are put on a waiting list regardless of when a student is admitted.

Return this form directly to:
Princeton University Office of Visa Services
120 Alexander St.
Princeton, NJ 08544
Fax: (609) 258-2502

Students who are not US citizens or US permanent residents will receive a Certificate of Eligibility form for visa application and entry into the United States by the end of June. These forms will not be issued, however, until the Office of Visa Services receives the Visa Certificate Application for International Graduate Students with the required financial documentation.
